When I was in the hospital, fighting cancer, no matter how bad it got there was always a little lady who visited me everyday. She use to bring me magazines to look at and always had a smile. She was from ."Hope and Cope", a volunteer group that was a wealth of information. I highly recommend you seek out a similar group if you or a loved one has recently been diagnosed with cancer.

I was treated at the Montreal Jewish General Hospital in 1993. This was the best hospital at the time and I would not be here today without the talent and dedication of the staff at this hospital. But that's not all. . .
Welcome to the "Surviving the Cancer War". I am a cancer survivor since January 4, 1993.

Here you will find ideas, stories and links to cancer survival tools and ideas. Some have been used by myself and others I wish had been around when I was battling the disease head on.
